POI Editor:

POI Editor lets you view, edit and convert Points of Interest files from GPS devices such as TomTom, Navman, Garmin and many others. One secret of Google maps is revealed here, how to download your route as a KML file, vital for transferring to most GPS related programs.

TYRE:

It would be great if Google Maps and TomTom could cooperate, now they do.

This program allows you to plan your routes on a PC and transfer them to the TomTom, also has a route sharing site.
